Thomas Shouler is a highly experienced engineer with a strong background in software and structural engineering. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Replica since June 2024, Thomas previously worked as a Founding Software Engineer at Zip Security from January 2023 to June 2024. Prior to that, Thomas held multiple roles at Palantir Technologies, including Enterprise Tech Lead and Forward Deployed Engineer, from December 2019 to January 2023.
