Larry Detlor

Larry Detlor has over 20 years of experience in technical support and management roles. Larry is currently the Director of Technical Support at Replicant since April 2022. Before that, they held various positions at Nulogy, including Director of Global Support from January 2018 to April 2022 and Global Support Manager from September 2013 to April 2022. Prior to Nulogy, Larry worked at QLogitek as a Global Support Manager from June 2007 to September 2013. Larry also has experience at Logitech as a Technical Support Supervisor from 2005 to 2007 and at ClientLogic as a Supervisor/Coach from November 2005 to December 2006. Larry began their career at Minacs Worldwide, starting as a Front-line Technical Support Agent from September 2001 to April 2003 and later as a Performance Coach/Quality Team member from August 2003 to November 2004. Throughout their career, they have managed teams, conducted quality monitors and feedback sessions, and provided technical assistance and customer service.

Larry Detlor attended Sir Sanford Fleming College from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a 4-Year Degree in Computer Programming and Analysis.
