Tori Sereg is an accomplished Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in the technology and recruitment sectors. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead and formerly as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Replicant since February 2021, Tori plays a key role in shaping the hiring strategy for a pioneering voice AI contact center. Prior experience includes a role as a Talent Specialist and Technical Recruiter at Xero, focusing on product and engineering recruitment for Hubdoc, and serving as the Retention Recruiter Program Lead and Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems, where responsibilities included advocating for consultants and delivering staffing solutions.
