Pontus Edvard Aurdal

Pontus Edvard Aurdal has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and software development. Starting in 2017, they worked at Telenor Start IoT, where they focused on prototyping, application development, and frontend GUI development. Pontus Edvard also worked as a technical consultant at Porterbuddy, Telenor Start IoT, where they developed an IoT temperature sensor prototype and explored integration possibilities with their delivery service. In 2018, they joined Novamar AS as a software application developer, building an IoT dashboard on top of Telenor Connexion Managed IoT Cloud. Later in the same year, they worked at VisualBox.io for their master's thesis project, creating a generic integration and visualization tool using user-generated code. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a technical expert IoT at Telenor, establishing the Telenor Start IoT as a commercial offering and implementing the IoT Gateway in public cloud following infrastructure standards. Afterwards, they worked as a full-stack developer at Unite Living from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Pontus is employed at Replicate as an engineer, starting in 2023.

Pontus Edvard Aurdal completed their education at various institutions. From 2014 to 2019, they attended UiT- The Arctic University of Norway, where they pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2014, Pontus studied at Puolustusvoimat - Försvarsmakten - Finnish Defence Forces, earning an NCO degree with a focus on Platoon/group leadership. Lastly, between 2010 and 2013, they attended Ekenäs Gymnasium, where they received their Studentexamen, but the field of study is not specified.
