Adam Anthony

Adam Anthony is an experienced engineering leader with a robust background in managing teams and driving technological advancements. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Replicated since December 2025, Adam oversees all aspects of engineering and customer success engineering. Previously, Adam held roles including Engineering Manager at Rerun and Senior Engineering Manager for the Core Enterprise Team at Redpanda Data. Adam's extensive experience also includes positions as Director of Engineering at Paragon, and Director and Engineering Manager at InfluxData, where significant contributions were made to product features and software quality improvements. Earlier career milestones include founding UI Team Lead at TigerGraph and serving as an Assistant Professor at Baldwin Wallace University. Adam holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a B.A. in Computer Science from The College of Wooster.
