VP of Security at Replicated

Andrew Storms has a long and varied career in the technology sector. Andrew began their career in 1992 as a Product Manager, Systems Administrator, and Information Systems Site Manager at Broderbund Software. Andrew then moved to icplanet.com in 1999 as Director of Information Technology. In 2001, they joined Hall Kinion as IT Manager, Engineer, Solutions Architect, and Security Analyst. In 2002, they became Director of IT & Security Operations at nCircle Network Security. In 2013, they took on the role of Sr. Director DevOps at CloudPassage. In 2014, they became a Contributing Author at Devops.com and Vice President of Security Research Services and Products at New Context. In 2021, they joined Copado as Senior Director, Security and Compliance Product Line Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they became VP of Security at Replicated.

Andrew Storms attended the FBI Citizens Academy in 2009, where they studied Law Enforcement. Andrew also attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1992 to present, where they studied Computer Science. Andrew has also obtained several certifications, including Implementing an Information Security Program, Securing Containers and Kubernetes Ecosystem, Threat Modeling: Spoofing In Depth, OWASP Top 10: #7 XSS and #8 Insecure Deserialization, Security Testing Essential Training, Threat Modeling: Denial of Service and Elevation of Privilege, Salesforce Data Security, Salesforce Cybersecurity Compliance and Regulation, Leadership Mindsets, Leading with Intelligent Disobedience, Reid Hoffman and Chris Yeh on Blitzscaling, DevOps Foundations: DevSecOps, Learning Security Metrics, DevOps Foundations: Lean and Agile, and CISSP from (ISC)² in 2005.
