Mike Roest has extensive experience in technical and systems support, having worked as a Senior Technical Support Representative at Shaw Cablesystems and a Senior Technical Service Representative at Shaw Communications from 1999 to 2003. They transitioned to a role as a Systems Analyst at Telvent Canada from 2002 to 2006, before becoming a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Replicon Inc in 2006, where they continue to work. Additionally, Mike co-founded DR Photography, serving as a Partner until 2018.
