Sandra Crosse has a diverse work experience. Sandra began their career in 2006 at Mphasis as a Senior Quality Analyst and Business/Sales Coach, where they managed organization and client expectations. Sandra also worked as a Senior CSO - Sales & Service, handling B2C sales in the UK insurance industry. Sandra then joined Cisco in 2012 as an Engineer Technical Support for WebEx, providing technical support and troubleshooting to customers. In 2013, Sandra moved to Oracle as a Cloud Education Account Manager, managing an assigned territory and increasing revenue through new business development. Most recently, they joined Replicon in 2018 as a Team Lead - Customer Success Management, where they manage customer experience, revenue growth, and liaises between customers and various departments.
Sandra Crosse attended the University of Mysore from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Office Management and Supervision.
