Amanda O'Connor, CCP, GRP, currently serves as the Total Rewards Manager at Repligen Corporation since May 2023. Amanda’s career in compensation and human resources includes roles at Dunkin' Brands as Compensation Manager and Senior Compensation Analyst, as well as serving as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Boston University. Amanda began the professional journey at Endo Pharmaceuticals as a Human Resources Associate and Compensation Analyst, and also spent time at Fresenius Medical Care as Compensation Program Manager.
