Estefania Vazquez

Estefania Vazquez is an experienced professional with a strong background in continuous improvement and engineering. Currently serving as Sr. Manager for the Repligen Performance System at Repligen Corporation since June 2023, Estefania previously held multiple roles at 3M from June 2016 to July 2023, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Leader overseeing Lean Deployment at the Rockland site, Manufacturing Engineer managing production and quality systems, and Optimized Operations Quality Engineer involved in Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies. Estefania's early career includes internships as Quality Engineer and Production Engineer, alongside a locksmith assistant role while attending The University of Texas at El Paso. Estefania holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Leadership & Organizational Transformation and Operations & Technology Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, expected to graduate in December 2023.
