Heiko Pärnsalu

Heiko Pärnsalu has extensive work experience in various managerial and leadership roles. Heiko currently serves as the Head of Operations at Repligen Corporation since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Operations and Process Development Manager at ARTeSYN Biosolutions from February 2018 to November 2022. Heiko also served as the Head of Operational Excellence at SWISS PROPERTY from June 2015 to January 2018. Before that, they held the position of Quality and Development Manager at ABB AS LV Drives Factory from December 2007 to June 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Project Manager at Nolato Tallinn Polymer AS from June 2003 to December 2007 and as the Deputy Production Director at ETS NORD AS from April 2000 to March 2003.

Heiko Pärnsalu obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Product Development and Production Engineering from TalTech - Tallinn University of Technology, completing their studies from 1997 to 2003.
