Lilian Leu

Lilian Leu has a diverse work experience in human resources and accounting roles. Lilian is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Repligen Corporation since May 2023. Prior to this, they were a Human Resources Manager at Baxter International Inc. from January 2022 to January 2023. Lilian also worked as an HR Business Partner at Hill-Rom from 2016 to 2023, and as an HR Manager at Welch Allyn from 2007 to 2015. Lilian began their career at Bristol-Myers Squibb as an Associate Accounting Manager from 2003 to 2005.

Lilian Leu completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accountancy at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 1993 to 1995. Lilian later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on International Business/Trade/Commerce at Deakin University from 2011 to 2012.
