Mark Starring

Mark Starring has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as a Senior Buyer at Repligen Corporation since July 2021, and previously holding similar positions at Emerson and Smith & Nephew Endoscopy. Mark's expertise includes managing significant procurement spends, executing strategic supplier negotiations, conducting quarterly business reviews for performance improvements, and overseeing all facets of the purchase order process. Prior to these roles, Mark served as the Director of Logistics for the National Domestic Preparedness Coalition, where responsibilities included global training logistics for first responders. Mark's career in procurement began with positions at Innovative Spinal Technologies, Arch Chemicals, Inc., and NEPTCO, Inc., where a strong focus on cost savings and efficient inventory management was established. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology from Rhode Island College and a certificate in Purchasing and Supply Management from Bryant University.
