Mathias Björck

Mathias Björck is currently the Lean Lead at Repligen Corporation, where they focus on continuous improvement initiatives. Previously, they served as a Change Agent at McNeil AB in Helsingborg from 2009 to 2012, concentrating on the enhancement of organizational culture and the implementation of global standards. Mathias began their career at Bruces shipyard from 1995 to 1997, specializing in boat building, and has also worked as a truck driver at DB Schenker i Sverige in 1997-1998. They have also held various managerial roles in production and logistics during their time at McNeil AB.
