Matty Specht

Matty Specht is a Field Application Scientist at Repligen Corporation since August 2021, with responsibilities including expertise in Process Analytical Technologies and training Field Engineers. Achievements include creating documentation for new products and receiving a Gold Award for excellent support. Prior to this role, Matty worked as a Graduate Student at Emory University, producing mathematical models and teaching laboratory classes, and as a Research Contractor with the American Society for Engineering Education, focusing on scientific instrumentation and data analytics. Early experience includes research and technical positions at the University of Puget Sound and Fraunhofer-Institut für Solare Energiesysteme ISE, with a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the same university.
