Michelle Fleming

Michelle Fleming has extensive experience in the medical devices and surgical disposables industry. From 2007, they worked at Repligen Corporation as the Vice President and General Manager of the Repligen Operating Room Disposables Division. In this role, they were responsible for managing operations and developing collaborative relationships with OEMs worldwide. Michelle focused on designing and producing quality new and next generation products to improve efficiency, ease of use, accuracy, and patient outcomes in the OR.
