Paul Pepper

Paul Pepper is currently the Senior Director of the Program Management Office at Repligen Corporation, where they have held this position since 2025. Previously, they gained extensive experience at Procter & Gamble from 2007 to 2010 as Section Head of New Products Implementation Engineering, managing a substantial program budget and leading multiple technical teams. Paul has also held roles at GE Healthcare, Cytiva, and Gillette, contributing to significant product initiatives and engineering projects. They earned a BS in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and are pursuing an MBA in Business Administration at Bentley University.
