Scott Dean

Scott Dean, CSCP, is a strategic operations executive with extensive expertise in bioprocessing and biomanufacturing. They have held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations at Repligen Corporation since 2025, and have previously served as Director of Operations at Avantor and Director of Manufacturing at L3 Technologies. Scott's educational background includes a Master of Science in Manufacturing Management and Leadership, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Their career began at the University of Rochester's Laboratory for Laser Energetics, leading the Mechanical Assembly and Design team from 1999 to 2006.
