Amol Jain

Amol Jain is a seasoned tech professional with extensive experience in product engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Product Engineering at Replit since June 2025, Amol previously co-founded WorkWhile, where responsibilities included acting as CTO and Head of Product while successfully scaling the company to Series B and achieving significant revenue growth. Amol's prior experience includes positions as Tech Lead at Airbnb, Software Engineer at Secret, Inc. and Facebook, as well as a Software Engineering Intern role at Facebook. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from DA-IICT, complemented by participation in Y Combinator's W19 program.
