Brady Holot

Brady Holot is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leading technical teams and delivering software solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Replit since January 2023, Brady oversees an engineering team responsible for core product functionality. Previously, at X, as Team Lead from August 2021 to December 2022, Brady managed a team during a period of significant organizational change. At Work & Co, from August 2018 to July 2021, Brady held roles as Senior Lead Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, focusing on system design and code quality for client projects. Prior experience includes working as a Member of Technical Staff at Snowflake, contributing to backend systems, and as a Software Engineer at Microsoft, developing production software. Brady holds both a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Columbia University.
