Manish Mehta

Manish Mehta is an experienced security professional currently serving as the Head of Security at Replit since November 2025. Prior to this role, Manish was a Founding Member at Exaforce and held the position of CTO-Security at ServiceNow from April 2022 to June 2023. Manish's career includes significant leadership roles such as Sr. Director of Engineering for Security at F5, Chief Security Architect/Director of Engineering at Volterra, and Senior Security Software Engineer at Netflix, focusing on secure cloud infrastructure. Manish's extensive background in security engineering, compliance, and incident response is complemented by a strong academic foundation, holding a Ph.D. and M.S. in Computer Science with a focus on Cryptography/Security from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
