Jason Ryan is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the franchising and consulting industries. As the Founder and Managing Partner of REP'M Group since August 2019, and the President of RPM since April 2019, Jason demonstrates a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Previously, Jason held key leadership roles at MAACO Franchising, Inc., including President and COO, and served as Regional Vice President of Operations. Additionally, Jason founded JR Consulting in April 2018. Early career experience includes various management positions at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from 1995 to 2003. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in History, Philosophy, and Political Science from York College of Pennsylvania.
