Leonel Bagolin holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina, which they completed in 2006. With extensive experience in programming languages including PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL, they have specialized in the Laravel and VueJs frameworks for frontend development. Notably, Leonel contributed to significant projects such as the Municipal Transfers System and the Sustainable Municipal Development Indicators System for the National Confederation of Municipalities (CNM).
