Chris Tapper

Chris Tapper has over seven years of professional experience in software development, electronics design engineering and product expertise. In 2021, they co-founded O(1), a company that provides technical and product expertise to early stage startups. Chris also joined Repositax, Inc. as Lead Engineer in 2021. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Full Stack Developer and Software Consultant for Self-employed, working with companies from all over the world on large- and small-scale software development projects. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Full Stack Developer for Callaly, a British start-up selling subscription-based, high-end, healthcare products. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Software Developer for greentec development gmbh, developing a system for detecting photovoltaic (PV) power plant faults in real-time. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Web Stack Developer and Software Developer for The Australian National University, working alongside researchers within the Water and Landscape Dynamics group. Finally, from 2014 to 2016, they were an Electronics Design Engineer for EOS Defence Systems, prototyping a 'Cant and Elevation Sensor' printed circuit board assembly (PCA).

Chris Tapper completed a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Mechatronic Systems and a Bachelor of Information Technology in Software Development from The Australian National University between 2010 and 2015.
