Matt Harb

Matt Harb is currently the VP of Product & Operations at REPOWR, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as Senior Vice President of Product at Future Capital from 2023 to 2025 and were instrumental at Lyft as a Program Lead between 2018 and 2019, where they focused on enhancing processes and customer experience. Prior to that, they held various leadership roles at Bellhops, including Director of Product Management and Director of Operations, contributing to significant operational improvements and team building. Matt co-founded The House, Inc., where they managed multiple aspects of the business until its acquisition. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2015.
