She has over 2 decades of experience in the FMCG and Social sectors, in HR Consultancy, Policy, and Operations, including organization structuring, performance management, and recruitment. She also has vast exposure in the areas of business development and lead generation. Poonam has a Masters in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Punjab University. She is also an avid golfer and a voracious reader.
