Heather Gresham

Heather Gresham is currently the Counsel & VP of People & Culture at RepresentUs. Heather has held this position since January of 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of People & Culture at RepresentUs from April 2015 to December 2020.

Gresham began their professional career as an Adjunct Professor at Hilbert College, where they developed Human Resources curricula and instructed graduate students enrolled in the Masters of Public Administration program. Heather then transitioned to Highmark BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York, where they served as Director Talent Acquisition. In this role, they developed and deployed talent acquisition strategies to strengthen the organization's ability to attract, assess, select, and onboard the best in talent, ensuring it has the talent to meet current and future business needs.

Gresham is a highly accomplished and respected professional in the field of Human Resources. Heather is committed to diversity & inclusion initiatives and has a proven track record in developing and deploying successful talent acquisition strategies.
