Roza Anthony

Roza Anthony has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Roza began their career as a Personal Assistant for private employers, where they handled bookkeeping tasks, managed cash, and maintained medical records and calendars. Roza then worked as an Administrative Assistant at MultiPlan, supervising a project team, training employees, and creating a project manual. Roza later joined ScooterBug as an Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist, responsible for reconciling corporate credit cards and managing AP and AR using Great Plains accounting software. Roza then transitioned to Luminoso Technologies, Inc. where they held various roles including Bookkeeper/Office Manager, Staff Accountant/Office Manager, and Sr. Staff Accountant. In these positions, they oversaw audits, managed payroll, created financial policies, and coordinated an office relocation. Roza is currently working at Repsly, where they have progressed through roles such as Accounting Manager, Sr. Accounting Manager, Director Of Accounting, and their current position as Sr. Director of Accounting. In these roles, they have been responsible for overseeing accounting operations, leading audits, managing financial statements consolidations, and developing commission plans.

Roza Anthony holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business and Financial Analysis from Simmons College - Simmons School of Management. Roza also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Women's Studies from The College of Wooster. In addition to their degrees, they are certified as a Notary Public by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
