Aimee Gates

Aimee Gates has extensive experience in process safety management, accounting, and operational oversight. At EOG Resources, from February 2011 to April 2023, Aimee served as an OSHA Process Safety Management/MOC Coordinator, ensuring compliance with OSHA PSM documentation across gas processing plants. Previous roles include Right of Way Office Manager, Sr Operations Admin, and Accounts Payable Specialist, where Aimee coordinated multifaceted operations and supported financial processes. Currently, Aimee works as a PSM Coordinator at Repsol. Aimee's early career included roles as a Property Tax Associate at Textron INC, a Commercial Teller at Texas State Bank, and an Accounting Clerk/Supervisor at Lowe's. Aimee completed a Professional Land Management Certificate at the University of Houston-Downtown in 2014.
