Don McCarty

Don McCarty, CSP, is a seasoned HSE professional and currently serves as the Safety & Environment Senior Manager at Repsol USA. With a comprehensive background in personal safety, contractor management, and incident investigation, they have accumulated experience across the manufacturing and oil and gas industries. Don's journey in safety management began at Iroquois Foundry Systems, followed by pivotal roles at Parker Hannifin, and then advancing through various positions at Repsol, culminating in the senior management role. They hold a B.S. in Environmental Resource Management with a minor in Environmental Engineering from Penn State University.
