Javier Ballesteros

Javier Ballesteros is an experienced International Sales Manager in Lubricants at Repsol since July 2015, focusing on Central Eastern and Northern Europe, with additional expertise in the Middle East. Prior to this role, Javier served as the Internal Auditing - Continuous Auditing & Data Analytics Project Manager at Saudi Aramco from December 2012 to July 2015, where responsibilities included providing assurance to the Managing Committee and implementing a new division within Internal Auditing. Earlier, Javier spent a decade at Repsol in various roles, including International Business Development and Internal Auditing, where activities involved international market strategies and joint venture auditing. Javier began a career in auditing as a Junior Auditor at PwC and holds Bachelor's degrees in Corporate Management Sciences and Law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
