Ryan Moss

Ryan Moss, PE, ENV SP is a civil engineer with a focus on renewables at Repsol since January 2023. Prior to this role, Ryan served as a project manager and civil engineer at Halff Associates from January 2019 to January 2023. Earlier experience includes working as a member services clerk at the TAMU Department of Recreational Sports from September 2015 to July 2016, where responsibilities included customer service and sales of memberships. Ryan holds a Master’s degree in Water Resources Engineering from Texas A&M University, completed in 2018, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Environmental Engineering from the same institution, earned in 2017.
