Tom Kilpatrick is a seasoned project portfolio manager with extensive experience in engineering project management, currently serving at PMO since April 2016. With a strong background as a senior project engineer at Talisman Sinopec Energy UK Limited and previous roles at PD&MS Group, Wood Group PSN, and AMEC, Tom has successfully managed various high-value projects, including the £2.5 billion MAR Montrose BLP Project and the £10 million BP Clair VSDS Drilling.
