Michael Dee

Michael Dee is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience in flight operations and training. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Flight Operations at Republic Airways since November 2014, Michael Dee oversees operational control and compliance for airline flight operations, manages a team of six directors and managers, and represents the company in various industry-related activities. Previously held the position of Director of Flight Training, where responsibilities included compliance and administration of training programs. Michael Dee's prior roles include Captain and Check Airman at Republic Airlines, Captain and Check Airman at Chautauqua Airlines, and various leadership positions at Shuttle America Airlines and Express One International Airlines. Michael Dee holds a B.S. in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
