Jon Martinez

Jon Martinez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent and organizational development. Currently serving as Sr Manager of Talent & Organization Development at Republic Cement since May 2024, Jon has previously held key roles such as Head of Organizational Development at Concepcion Industrial Corporation and Sr Manager of Learning & Organizational Development at Ampleon. A strong background in operational management and training coordination has been established through positions at Novocrew Manila, Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc., and as a college instructor at both Far Eastern University and De La Salle University - Dasmariñas. Jon holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Far Eastern University, a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certificate from Nievgen Manila, and has completed an online course in Leaders of Learning from Harvard University.
