Rotem Eylor

Rotem Eylor is the founder and CEO of Republic Floor, a leading manufacturer, importer, and distributor of design flooring. Prior to this role, Rotem served as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Business Development at the Malca-Amit Group of Companies, where he oversaw finance, operations, and sales strategies. He also has a background in special ops tactical units within the Israel Defense Forces. Rotem holds an MBA in International Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and an Executive BA in Business Management from Ruppin Academic Center.
