Kat Powers

Kat Powers is currently the Director of Strategy at RePublic Schools. Previously, Kat held roles at Rocketship Public Schools as Associate Director and Regional Achievement Manager. Kat also worked at Relay Graduate School of Education as an Adjunct Professor. Prior to that, Kat was at Teach For America as a Director and Senior Manager. Kat started their career as an ELL Teacher at Cheatham County School District and a General Education Teacher at HDOE - Kamaile Academy PCS. Kat holds a Master of Education from Lipscomb University and a Bachelor of Science from Montana State University Billings.
