Dan Walsh

Dan Walsh has extensive experience in financial management across various roles in the waste management industry. From 2000 to 2004, Dan served as Chief Financial Officer at Refuse Management. Prior to this, Dan was District Controller at Waste Management from 2004 to 2006, after holding multiple positions including Division Controller and Country Controller in various locations such as England, Saudi Arabia, and Pennsylvania. Since July 2006, Dan has been the BU Finance Manager at Republic Services, overseeing a team that handles consolidated accounting and administrative functions. Dan began a professional career as a Staff Auditor at J.H. Cohn & Company, CPA and later worked as Corporate Accounting Supervisor at Sun Chemical. Dan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-Newark.
