David Penoyer

David Penoyer is an experienced professional in landfill gas operations with over 27 years in the industry. Since November 2010, David has served as Senior Manager of Landfill Gas Operations at Republic Services. Prior to this role, David was a Project Director for Landfill Gas Engineering at SCS Engineers from July 1996 to November 2010. David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida, completing the program in 1996.
