Jacob McAlpine

Jacob McAlpine is an emerging leader currently participating in the General Manager Acceleration Program (GMAP) at Republic Services, where the focus is on developing operational, networking, and leadership skills over a two-year duration. Prior experience includes a role as a Summer Associate in Product Management at Arthrex, and serving as a Field Artillery Officer with the 82nd Airborne Division of the U.S. Army. Jacob has also held multiple positions at The University of Alabama, including Athletic Marketing Student Assistant and Resident Adviser, where responsibilities ranged from marketing and event execution to peer mediation and crisis response. Academic credentials include an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Information Sciences from The University of Alabama, complemented by minors in General Business and Psychology.
