Steve Ims

Steve Ims has over 15 years of experience in software engineering. Steve currently holds the position of SVP Software Engineering at Relay since May 2021. Prior to that, they served as SVP Software Engineering at Republic Wireless from March 2017 onwards. Before Republic Wireless, Steve worked at Bandwidth.com, where they were the VP of Software Engineering from October 2014 to November 2016 and the Lead Software Architect from April 2012 to October 2014. Steve began their career at IBM Software Group as a Senior Technical Staff Member, where they worked from an unknown start date to March 2012.

Steve Ims attended Webster High School from 1982 to 1985. Steve then went on to study at Case Western Reserve University from 1985 to 1990. Finally, they pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering at Stanford University from 1991 to 1997.
