Szandra Ford

Szandra Ford is a Managing Director in M&A Advisory at Pacifica Advisors, where the firm focuses on small- to medium-sized businesses with EBITDA between $1.5 million and $25 million. In addition, Szandra is a Climatebase Member, involved in developing knowledge on global climate-related issues and leading the University of Michigan's Climate Tech Accelerator program.
