Jeff Hemphill

Jeff Hemphill is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Measurement at Hale since October 2024, specializing in transforming marketing performance for direct-to-consumer companies. Previously, Jeff held roles at Arcane, including Director of Data & Analytics, where responsibilities encompassed defining and executing the strategic vision of the Data & Analytics team and working closely with the executive management team to foster thought leadership and business growth. Before Arcane, Jeff gained valuable experience as a Business Analyst at FCT and led a team at AV-BASE Systems, where duties included defining system requirements and training clients. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Western University, earned in 2006.
