Allison Rawson

Allison Rawson currently serves as the Head of People at rePurpose Global, where pioneering solutions are implemented to combat the plastic waste crisis through collaboration with various stakeholders. With a background that includes roles as Senior Director of Human Resources at Poppin and Director of Human Resources during the company’s acquisition by Kimball International, Allison has extensive experience in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational culture. Previous positions at Undertone and Warner Chilcott involved managing talent acquisition processes and fostering relationships within sales divisions. Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Rhode Island.
