Jason Shaev

Jason Shaev currently serves as the Head of Engineering at rePurpose Global since November 2023. Previously, Jason held the position of Senior Director of Software Engineering at Proteus Motion Inc. from February 2021 to November 2023, where leadership led to significant growth in annual recurring revenue. Prior experience includes Director of Engineering at ASAPP, overseeing the development of an AI-native voice product and managing multiple full-stack teams. Jason's career began at SocialFlow as Front End Lead and included a role as an Audio Engineering Intern at Oktaven Audio. Jason also contributed as a Software Developer at Johns Hopkins University Physics Department. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Purchase College, SUNY, and has prior education at The Johns Hopkins University and Calhoun High School.
