Lance Blair is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in HR, employee and workplace experience, and operations leadership within both startups and global brands. Currently serving as the Senior Global Benefits & Employee Engagement Manager at Liquid Death, Lance leads the strategy for global benefits and employee engagement while also advising at rePurpose Global and Counterstream Media. Previously, Lance held the position of U.S. Studio & Workplace Experience Manager at Cloud Imperium Games and Special Events Manager at Diva Limousine, Ltd., overseeing large-scale events and improving employee well-being programs. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University-Long Beach, Lance is committed to fostering inclusive and engaging workplace cultures where employees thrive.
