John McCluskey

John McCluskey is an accomplished commercial leader with extensive experience in various industries, currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at Repurpose It since April 2020. In this role, John oversees strategic acquisitions and the holistic commercial function to address industry challenges while focusing on a sustainable future. John has also held critical positions such as General Manager Commercial at Repurpose It and Head of Commodities & Logistics at Cleanaway Waste Management, where P&L accountability and pricing strategies were key responsibilities. Additionally, John has contributed to non-profit and community initiatives as Chair and Non-Executive Director at Our Village and Committee Chair at Run For Rossy. With a solid educational background, including a Bachelor of Business Administration from Victoria University and completion of the Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, John combines academic knowledge with hands-on leadership experience to drive success and foster collaboration across sectors.
