With over 25 years in the natural products industry, they have a track record of partnering with founders to build company cultures centered on kindness and purpose. Blair's past roles include CEO of Traditional Medicinals and business development manager at Fantastic Foods, among others. They hold an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington. Additionally, Blair actively contributes as a board member for various organizations, including Sambazon and Gimme Health Foods Inc.
