Bari M. Friedman has extensive experience in SEO and digital marketing. Bari M. began their career in 2010 as an intern at Allied Integrated Marketing, where they handled press and assisted with talent relations at the press junket for Salt, conceived and executed promotional events on college campuses, and developed creative messages tailored to specific networking platforms. In 2012, they worked as a Public Affairs Intern at Goddard Gunster, Inc., where they managed the online presence of a $10 million advocacy campaign, led the process of implementing social media activities to build, maintain, and analyze coalition support for client campaigns, and assisted with the production and execution of advocacy campaigns for large trade associations on a statewide basis. In 2013, they worked at Ogilvy Public Relations as a Social@Ogilvy Intern, where they led the research and development for a major oil company's LinkedIn platform and assisted with the global campaign overhaul, used Radian6 to identify and manage online conversations of key influencers, and managed digital conversations and developed content for top brands to post on Facebook and Twitter pages to engage followers. Finally, they worked at REQ from 2013 to the present, where they have held the roles of Associate Director, SEO; Senior SEO Manager; SEO Manager; Senior SEO Strategist; and SEO Associate.

Bari M. Friedman obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from The George Washington University School of Business in 2013, majoring in Marketing and Psychology. In 2021, Friedman received certifications from Google in Analytics and AdWords Search. Additionally, Friedman was certified as a BrightEdge Certified Professional by BrightEdge in 2015.
