In 2005, they joined The Media & Marketing Group as an Intern and Associate Account Executive/Media Coordinator. In 2006, they were promoted to Account Executive at The Media & Marketing Group. In 2011, they became a Brand Marketing Manager at MGM Resorts International. In 2016, they worked as an Account Executive at HeBS Digital and Brand Marketing Manager at M Resort. In 2018, they were promoted to Account Director at Internet Marketing Inc. (now REQ). In 2019, they were promoted to Senior Account Director at REQ. In 2020, they joined LVIMA - The Las Vegas Innovation Marketing Association as an Executive Board Member - Chief Happiness Officer and Board Member - Sponsor Fulfillment.
Cortney Clardy obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Marketing from the UNLV Lee Business School in 2005. Prior to that, they attended Durango High School from 1998 to 2001. In addition, Cortney Clardy has obtained two certifications from Google, the Google Ads Fundamentals certification in January 2019 and the Google Analytics certification in April 2021.
